APRIL REPORT
Gr 8 – 9 reports were issued. Gr 10-12 reports are not available due to the official departmental subject recording sheets not being available. Gr 10-12 reports will unfortunately only be available in term 2. All outstanding SBAs must be completed by 7 May.

WINTER UNIFORM
The winter uniform will be compulsory as from 3 May. The official windbreaker will be available from the end of May at school at R280. The windbreaker does not replace the school blazer. It can be worn over the blazer. A school pullover or jersey can be worn underneath the blazer.
| COMMUNICATION
We appeal to all parents/guardians to inform the school if there are any changes in their contact details. Visit our website for relevant information.

FINANCE
Thank you for your loyal support in payment of school fees. Your diligent payment of school fees ensure that we can pay our additional staff to give your child the best educational experience. It is also used to maintain the school.

2022 ENROLMENT
Application for admissions for 2022 are closed. We have more applications than places available. We will inform parents of the outcome by 28 May. Parents are requested to confirm the acceptance by 25 June. | TERM 2 TIMETABLE
The school opens on Monday 3 May Group A starting with Day 7, 4 May with Day 7; Group B
There are two public holidays:
13 May – Ascension Day 16 June – Youth Day
The alternative days of school for Group A and Group B are until the last day; 9 July.

PROGRAMME OF ASSESSMENT
Parents/guardians and learners must be aware of the content of their unique programme of assessment per grade and per term. All SBAs are mandatory. A pass mark is important. Learners who fail to complete any SBA may fail the subject, and consequently the academic year and grade. Learners must utilize the day at home to complete academic tasks and work.

APRIL-VERSLAG
Gr 8 – 9 se rapporte is uitgereik. Gr 10-12 se rapporte is nie beskikbaar nie as gevolg van die afwesigheid van amptelike departementele puntelyste. Gr 10-12 rapporte sal ongelukkig eers in Kwartaal 2 beskikbaar wees. Alle uitstaande SBA-take moet teen 7 Mei 2021 ingehandig word.

WINTERUNIFORM Die winteruniform is verpligtend vanaf 3 Mei 2021. Die skool se reënbaadjie is by die skool beskikbaar aan die einde van Mei teen R280. Die reënbaadjie vervang nie die skoolbaadjie nie, maar mag bo-oor die baadjie gedra word. Die skooltrui mag onder die baadjie gedra word.
| KOMMUNIKASIE
Ouers/Voogde moet die skool inlig in verband met enige verandering van persoonlike kontakbesonderhede. Besoek gerus ons webtuiste vir meer relevante inligting.

FINANSIES
Groot waardering aan alle ouers / voogde vir getroue betaling van skoolfonds. Jul bydrae verseker dat ons ons personeel kan betaal om die beste opvoeding vir u kind te verseker. Ons kan ook noodsaaklike onderhoud van die skool handhaaf.

2022 INSKRYWINGS
Aansoeke vir toelating vir 2022 is tans gesluit. Ons het meer aansoeke ontvang as wat die skool kan akkommodeer. Ouers sal teen 28 Mei kennis ontvang rakende die uitkoms van die aansoeke. Ouers moet teen 25 Junie die aanvaarding van plasing bevestig. | KWARTAAL 2 ROOSTER
Die skool begin Maandag 3 Mei met Dag 7 vir Groep A; 4 Mei, Dag 7, vir Groep B. Daar is egter twee vakansiedae: 13 Mei – Hemelvaart 16 Junie – Jeugdag Die alternatiewe dae van skool vir Groep A en Groep B is tot die laaste dag op 9 Julie. Die Junie-eksamen geskied tydens weke 6-9: 7 Junie – 2 Julie. Die rooster sal volgende kwartaal bekendgemaak word.

PROGRAM VAN ASSESSERING Ouers/voogde en leerders moet hulself vergewis van die inhoud van hul unieke program van assessering per graad en per kwartaal. Leerders is verplig om alle SBA-take te voltooi, asook ‘n slaagpunt te behaal. Indien leerders in gebreke bly om hul verpligte SBA’s te voltooi, stel hulle hulself bloot aan die potensiële druip van die vak en ook die akademiese jaar en graad. Leerders moet die dag by die huis sinvol benut om tred te hou met die akademise take wat voltooi moet word.
