Sommige Gr 12-leerders het nog nie aansoek gedoen vir die ID dokument nie.  Dit word benodig vir die leerders se inskrywing vir die Nasionale Senior Sertifikaat eksamen van 2021.

Tegnologie Praktiese Assessering: Alle leerders benodig ‘n G-posrekening om die praktiese komponent te voltooi.

Beheerliggaam verkiesing 2021

Die spesifieke datum vir ons skool se verkiesing sal binnekort bekendgemaak word.  Ouers/Voogde wat hulself beskikbaar wil stel om op die BHL te dien, sal ingelig word oor die proses en datums.  Die voorgestelde datums vir die proses is vanaf 20 Maart 2021 tot 23 April 2021.

Aansoek:  kwytskelding van skoolfonds vir2021

Ouers/Voogde kan die vorm by die Finansiële kantoor vanaf 1 Maart tot 8 Maart slegs tussen 12h00 en 14h00, afhaal.  Geen leerder word toegelaat om ‘n vorm te kom haal nie.  Vorms is nie op ander tye beskikbaar nie.

Graadhoofde 2021

Graadhoofde is verantwoordelik vir die akademiese- en emosionele welstand van ons leerders.  Hulle bestuur en ondersteun u kind.  U kan ‘n afspraak maak indien u hulle wil spreek.

2. Ouers/Voogde moet by ten minste 3 skole

    aansoek doen.

3. Alle ondersteunende dokumente moet opgelaai

Die dra van maskers is verpligtend vir alle landsburgers in publieke ruimtes.

Leerders moet tn alle tye ‘n masker gedurende die skooldag drab om die verspreiding van infeksies te verminder.

Kommunikasie met ouers/voogde:

Ons is besig om ons kommunikasieplatform uit te brei deur e-posadresse te gebruik.  Graadhoofde en Registeropvoeders sal u kind nader om u e-posadres te verskaf.  Voorsien asseblief u kind van die nodige inligting.

Ons gaan stelselmatig ons SMS-stelsel se gebruik verminder.  Opvoeders skep WhatsApp groepe met leerders om onderrig en leer te ondersteun.  Verseker asseblief dat die skool u huidige en geldige kontakbesonderhede het.

Leerder oggend protokol

Alle ouers/voogde, asook leerders, is bewus van die Covid-19 regulasies by ons skool.  Huidige regulasies verhoed fisiese kontak tussen leerders asook balspeletjies gedurende pouse.

Alle leerders moet daagliks aan siftingsprotokol voldoen.  Observasie (screening) begin 7h15 tot 7h45.  Registerperiode begin 7h50.  Lesuur 1 begin 8h10.  Leerders wat na 7h45 opdaag, sal nie toegelaat word nie.

Some grade 12 learners did not apply for their ID documents.  They require the ID for their application for the National Senior Certificate examinations of 2021.

Technology Practical Assessments: All learners need a G-mail account to complete the practical component.

School Governing Body Elections 2021

The election day for our school will be communicated in due course. Parents/guardians who want to avail themselves to serve on the SGB will be informed about the process and applicable dates.  The proposed date to start the process is between 20 March 2021 and 23 April 2021.

Application for school fees exemption in 2021

Parents/Guardians can collect the forms from our bursar as from 1 March until 8 March, only between 12h00 and 14h00.  No learners will be allowed to collect the forms.  Forms will not be available any other time.

Masks and Covid-19 protocol

The wearing of masks in public spaces is compulsory for all citizens.

Learners have to wear their masks at all times during the school day to minimize the risk of infections.

Communication with parents/guardians

We will expand our platform for communication with parents and guardians by using an e-mail account.  Grade heads and register teachers will ask your child for your email address.  Please provide them with the necessary information.

We will gradually limit the use of the SMS system.  Educators are creating WhatsApp groups with learners to assist and support teaching and learning.  Please ensure that the school have your current and valid contact details.

Learner morning protocols

All parents/guardians and learners were informed about all Covid-19 regulations applicable to our school.

Current regulations prohibit any physical contact between learners as well as play any ball games during breaks.

All learners must be screened daily as they enter the school.  Screening start from 7h15 until 7h45.  Register period will be until 8h10.  Period 1 starts at 8h10.  Learners reporting after 7h50 will not be allowed into the school.
